Dougie Maclean
In 2014, Dougie Maclean visited the workshop to have some work done on his Cocobolo/Adi MKII Tirga Beag and we also finalised his order for a new Tenor Guitar that we had been talking about.
At the beginning of October, just before he jetted off to Canada, I delivered it to him up in Perthshire. He was delighted and we had a great afternoon discussing its potential with Jamie his son and right-hand recording man.
Dougie's Tenor is made from reclaimed Brazilian Mahogany and Adirondack Spruce. It has an Amazonian Rosewood Bevel and Headstock plate with matching back graft.

Thank you Dougie for commissioning this guitar, an absolute pleasure working with you as always!
