Terry lees
Terry bought his first guitar in 1960, with his first paying folk gig in 1965. He has shared the stage with most of the British crowd; Donnigan, Graham, Jansch, Carthy, Jones, Simpson, Carroll, Martyn, and Fairport among others.
He has taught four finalists and two winners of the "Guitarist of the Year" competition and developed a 'harp' style to fit accompanying traditional song.
“I’ve played just about every guitar there is to be played and this guitar that Rory has made is just head and shoulders above anything else I’ve ever played… It’s just the best guitar for me.”
